The development of tatting


The extract origins of the two most popular forms of lace- sew and tatting lace, which are known since the renaissance isn’t finally known. The Ore Mountain laces won acceptation at the global market with the time. The advantages of the laces were the good quality and the low price. The style conformed to the actual fashion in Europe, at which some times a modest day flavor displaced the originally since the 19 century.

After tatting in the Ore Mountains became again to the craftwork through single workshops and producers cooperative` since 30 years it keep the producing limited but it had won a important higher artistic pretense.
