This increasing will be used especially, if you will increase stitches on the edges of knitting, in fact from the 1st stitch of the row, so that the increasing disappears in the seam. At the end of the row cast off the 4th last stitches left. Heave the head of the stitch of the below lying stitch and cast off left. Cast off at first the hove head of the stitch from the 4th stitch left after 3 stitches from the beginning of the row. Cast off the above lying stitch left and at the end of the row the 4th last stitch left. Then heave the head of the stitch of the below lying stitch and cast them off left.

Tip!

If you knit for a knitting model a edge pattern, corded in turn 1 stitch right and 1 stitch left or 2 stitches right and 2 stitches left, it is better if you knit stead 1 selvedge stitch 2 selvedge stitches right. So do you avoid that the knitting rolls in and it is more comfortable to handle it on the finishing. Also this form of work eased you the counting of the rows trough the “ineps”, which results in the 2nd row at the edge. Also at the finishing it is easier to work up this edge.
